Upon purchase, funds are moved to a secure multisig Escrow wallet. The vendor is notified to ship. Funds remain locked until:
1. You mark the order as "Finalized" (Received).
2. The auto-finalize timer (14 days physical / 48 hours digital) expires.
3. A dispute is resolved by a moderator.

This prevents exit scams and ensures vendor compliance.
